Fit Kids Rule
Sadly, fat children have unsuccessful communication with parents and obesity is rising. Lose fat, keep it off and get healthy naturally, as every child deserves to experience the freedom, energy and happiness of a fit and healthy lifestyle. I’m a mum and I want the best for my kids too.
Youth Fitness Program is a shorter program as children tend to lose interest faster so we try to keep it short and sweet. Kids metabolism is also faster and they tend to lose quicker than adults.
After-School exercise is always recommended and parents are encouraged to engage.
